Seminar Title

  • Mechanisms and Potential Therapies for Arteriovenous Malformations: Lessons from Animal Models.

Objectives:

  1. To present advanced basic research on Arteriovenous Malformations (AVMs) using animal models.
  2. To share the knowledge about the mechanisms underlying AVMs.
  3. To discuss preclinical models of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) in which AVMs develop multiple organs including the brain, lungs and gastrointestinal tract.
