The Phoenix Biomedical Campus Information Technology Services team is committed to creating and delivering an environment that promotes and advances teaching, learning and research. Working collaboratively and cooperatively across organizational boundaries we design, implement and support a wide variety of solutions that improve and streamline operations and meets the needs of our multi-University student, faculty and staff population.

Information Technology (IT) provides end user support, including device management and replacement, server and storage administration, research computing support, network services, phone support and information security, including risk assessment.

Classroom Support provides services and support for the Phoenix Biomedical Campus classrooms, meeting rooms and specialized teaching labs in the HSEB, the Historics (except the auditorium) and ABC1. They also maintain all the AV equipment for these areas.

Campus Scheduling manages the scheduling and reservation bookings for campus teaching and learning spaces, video conference sessions, lecture capture, laptop carts and provides guidance with special event scheduling.
