Campus Scheduling manages and supports the scheduling and reservation bookings for curriculum and administrative sessions, resources and special events using Astra Schedule. Campus Scheduling works closely with the PBC leadership to generate room utilization reports and develop policies and procedures. While a separate Astra Schedule instance from the UA Registrar office is maintained and managed at the PBC, due to our multi-university environment, we collaborate on version upgrades, testing and troubleshooting. The Campus Scheduling Manager serves on the Astra Schedule National Client Advisory Board.
