Rosemarie Christofolo, JD
Rosemarie Christofolo, JD, has extensive experience in training and consulting in leadership and organizational development, change navigation, conflict management and communications, as well as executive coaching to clients around the country. Her work includes health care and non-profit clients, as well as Fortune 500 businesses, start-ups, trade associations and law firms.
Before turning her full-time attention to leadership and organizational development, Rosemarie spent over two decades advising and running businesses. From 2002 to 2008, she was the executive vice president of Altour, a global travel management company based in New York, where she oversaw organizational development, strategic planning, legal, human resources, IT, marketing and a technology subsidiary, which designed, developed and managed incentive programs.
Rosemarie also was a partner at a law firm where she established a national intellectual property practice. During her tenure there, she served in multiple leadership roles including heading the firm’s Business Section, serving on the Management Committee and leading the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Section.
Rosemarie received her BA and her JD from Arizona State University. She is trained in and certified to teach multiple leadership, communications and organizational behavioral models, including Leadership Process Motivating Achievement, Process Communication Model, and the Change Cycle.
