All are welcome to attend the 2026 Health Care Advancement speaker visit! The Office of Health Care Advancement at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix looks forward to welcoming J.P. Sanchez, MD, MPH to speak on "Advancing Health Equity for LHS+ Communities through Medical Education and Academic Leadership".

In his role, Dr. Sanchez leads the efforts of Building the Next Generation of Academic Physicians (BNGAP) and the Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA), impacting thousands of medical students. He exemplifies leadership in community-building, creating access to opportunities, and providing students with meaningful engagement within academic medicine.
