Service Desk

Service Desk is the campus-wide ticketing system for a number of services. Access the Service Desk Portal to submit tickets to:

  • Information Technology Support.
  • Instructional Technology.
  • Human Resources.
  • Campus Scheduling.
  • Space Planning.
  • Simulation Center.

Step 1:

Create a ZoHo account so that you can access the Service Desk. Short Video Instructions (select UA NetID for log-in).

Tickets may also be submitted via email; however, it is recommended you utilize the portal to submit tickets so the service areas can obtain more accurate and detailed information to assist you more efficiently.
