Undergraduate: University of Arizona
Medical School: University of North Dakota
Best Thing About Our Program: The camaraderie and mutual respect among the residents and interns. I think banner IM did a wonderful job recruiting residents and interns who are willing to help out others and who want to see their colleagues succeed. The support staff has been excellent. If I have a concern, I can always go to the IM staff and get it resolved.
Career Interest: I would like to pursue a fellowship in nephrology and also work at a Native American health care facility on a tribal reservation. As a physician and a Native American, I would like to be a role model/mentor for the younger generation.
