How Can Public Affairs Help You?
College of Medicine – Phoenix
The Public Affairs Office at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix provides a wide range of communications services for faculty, physicians, staff and students; and we are here to help you promote your ongoing projects, exciting discoveries and notable accomplishments.
If you have news regarding papers pending publication, recently launched research projects, clinical advances, newly awarded grants, upcoming events you would like us to cover, etc., please let us know by submitting to our Public Affairs Request Form. The form is monitored daily, and a Public Affairs representative will contact you to discuss your submission.
During the discussion, we will devise the best way to promote your submission. That may be through the writing and distribution of a full press release on our website or sharing the news on our social media channels and/or in our bi-monthly Newsletter. Events can be submitted for inclusion on our website calendar via the Web Request Form. Once posted to the college's website, events can also be shared with the wider Phoenix Bioscience Core (PBC) community through their PBC request form.
Sharing with U of A Health Sciences
If there are things that you would like to share across the U of A Health Sciences community — such as events open to a wider audience, *recent publications or important announcements — we can help you submit them to the Health Sciences Connect website. These may also be featured in their weekly Health Sciences Update email that is distributed Tuesdays.
