Rebecca Fisher, PhD, professor and interim co-chair of the Department of Basic Medical Sciences, as well as director of the Gross Anatomy Laboratory at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, has attained the rank of rank of Fellow of the American Association for Anatomy. The honor recognizes distinguished members who have demonstrated excellence in science and in their overall contributions to the anatomical sciences.

Founded in 2007, the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix inspires and trains exemplary physicians, scientists and leaders to optimize health and health care in Arizona and beyond.
