2026 Fall Fest

On Tuesday, October 20, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., the U of A College of Medicine – Phoenix Staff Council on Representation and Engagement (SCORE) and the Dean’s Office warmly invite all staff, faculty and students to attend the college's Fall Festival! Come spend some time outside with the campus community as we enjoy food, music and games.

The event will be held in the Grand Canyon of the Biomedical Sciences Partnership Building. Given it is the spooky season, costumes are welcome and encouraged!

In preparation for the event, we’d also like to encourage departments across campus to participate in the second annual pumpkin decoration challenge. Check out some of the awesome submissions from last year!

Rules

• Pumpkins can be real or artificial but should not be carved or punctured.
• Avoid any gore or overly frightening themes.
• Make it work appropriate.
• Have fun and be creative.

Drop off your pumpkin Tuesday, October 20, at 11:00 a.m. in the Grand Canyon. All entered pumpkins will be displayed proudly during the festival and all attendees will have the option to vote for their favorite pumpkin. The winner will receive a prize!

Notes: Please plan on taking your pumpkin home with you once the event is over at 2:00 p.m.
