Announcements

  • The 2026 Banner Academic Annual Review will open December 7. Banner – UMG faculty will have until February 1 to submit their self-assessment. This is a great time to update your CV with your 2026 activities.
  • The next deadline to submit your clinical promotion dossier to your faculty coordinator is March 1, 2027 (effective date of January 1, 2028). 
  • Jesse Selber, MD, MPH, joined as the new chair for the Department of Surgery, effective August 31.
  • Julie Bauman, MD, MPH, joined as the inaugural chair for the Department of Interdisciplinary Oncology, effective August 31.
  • Amal Isaiah, MD, PhD, joined as the inaugural chair for the Department of Otolaryngology, effective July 20.
  • Jennifer Anger, MD, MPH, joined as the inaugural chair for the Department of Urology, effective May 26.
