Applications

Our program will be participating in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) beginning with applications submitted in 2023 (for starting in 2024).

Complete applications must include the following components:

  • Letter of intent/Personal statement.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation.

Interviews

In-person interviews are preferred, but a virtual option will be available for the 2023-24 applicant season as many institutions may have travel restrictions. Virtual interviews will be conducted using Microsoft Teams.

In-person interviews usually occur over two days on Thursdays and Fridays beginning in August and going through October. In addition to faculty interviews, applicants will have the opportunity to attend teaching rounds, have lunch with current fellows, tour the hospitals — including the toxicology laboratory — and sit in on the weekly toxicology conference and journal club.

Rank Lists

Medical Toxicology fellowship programs participate in the National Resident Match Program (NRMP), with the Medical Toxicology match generally opening in late August and Match Day being in mid-November. Our program ID is 1180321001.
