“Banner Medical Center at Mesa being a tertiary medical center with multiple sub-specialties will be able to provide an ideal learning ground for residents who want to pursue their career in Internal Medicine. They will be able to get hands-on clinical experience in all areas and with structured curriculum will be able to gain knowledge and skills that will make them excel in the residency program and become a well-trained physician.”

“I work at Banner Desert Medical Center because it is located near the junction of 4 major suburbs of Phoenix: Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert. This results in a diverse patient population. BDMC is one of the largest hospitals not only in the Banner Health system, but in all of Arizona. Living here in Mesa, AZ is great because there are a lot of places I can go to for outdoor activities, dining, and I can get to most parts of Phoenix within 30 minutes. And traffic is not too bad!”
