The Flinn Summer Research Internship has hosted 42 interns since its inception in 2023. Each cohort consists of incredibly bright future scientists with a passion for improving patient health. Past interns represent diverse backgrounds and experiences which culminate in enriching, innovative research projects each summer. While many interns are completing undergraduate degrees, four former interns have matriculated into medical school as of 2026.
