Brief Bio
Stephanie Briney, DO, is the associate dean of Students Affairs. After completing her training at the Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix (formerly Banner Good Samaritan) Family Medicine Residency, she worked at Wesley Community and Health Center and Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH). Both are federally qualified health centers where she provided medical care to underserved patient populations and served as a preceptor for residents, medical students and allied professional health students.
Recently, Dr. Briney returned to Banner – UMC Phoenix, where she works in the Family Medicine Clinic. Since 2012, Dr. Briney has served as the director of Service Learning at the College of Medicine – Phoenix and developed the curriculum for the Service and Community Health Certificate of Distinction.
She graduated from Midwestern University with a doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree and from Montana State University with a bachelor’s of science in business management.
