As a member of the Wildcat community in Phoenix, students that opt into the “health” portion of the university Health & Recreation fee can utilize health services at any of Arizona State University’s four Health Services locations.

Due to university-level billing restrictions telehealth services are only available for U of A students through U of A Campus Health.
Bring your insurance card and photo ID to your visit: ASU Health Services will bill most major insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, you will receive a bill for services. Click Here for questions about Student Health Insurance Plans and referral requirements.

The U of A College of Medicine – Phoenix faculty and residents providing any health services, including psychiatric/psychological counseling, to a medical student must not be involved in the academic assessment or promotion of the medical student. Student Health Insurance Referral Requirement
Students need to inform the provider asking for the referral that a referral is NOT required for services received beyond 25 miles (based on zip code where services are received) from the U of A Main Campus (85721). Refer to this section on the U of A Campus Health insurance webpage.
