  • Targeted Characterization of Social Determinants of Health in HFpEF Patients using Geospatial Data Analysis

Objectives

  1. To have a better understanding of the 5 main domains of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)
  2. To understand that SDoH can affect a patient's disease phenotype and clinical outcome
  3. To understand how a geospatial analysis can better characterize a patient's exposure to SDoH
