Why University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix: I chose University of Arizona Phoenix because it offers an outstanding environment for both clinical and academic growth. The faculty are known to be kind, approachable, and committed to mentorship which is invaluable as a trainee. As a strong academic center, the program offers exposure to a diverse range of clinical cases across multiple subspecialties within cardiology and will allow me to pursue my passion for teaching while learning alongside other trainees and faculty. Additionally, there are ample research opportunities which will allow me to explore my interests and grow as a cardiologist. Overall, University of Arizona Phoenix simply felt right on interview day

Why University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix: I am excited to join University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix because it offers high-volume, clinically rigorous training that will help me grow into a well-rounded cardiologist and build a strong foundation for my future career interests. I am also excited for the opportunity to start the next chapter in Phoenix, where I can be closer to family, train alongside supportive colleagues & mentors, and live in a city that offers a great balance between fellowship and life outside the hospital!
