Remote Occupational Health Process

If you choose to participate in the remote occupational health process, follow these steps to meet all requirements by the deadlines:

Complete ALL items at least 2 weeks before your follow-up appointment:

Task
Submit all paperwork to remote team
Provide vaccination records (Banner requirements)
Complete drug screen at local lab
Complete T-spot blood draw (most common delay – prioritize this)
Complete any necessary titers
Schedule in-person follow-up appointment

Important Notes:

  • Lab results take up to one week to process
  • Schedule your follow-up appointment at least 2 weeks after completing all lab work
  • Verify your follow-up appointment meets the deadline for your hire date

MyHR/Workday Onboarding Steps

In preparation for employment with Banner Health, you’ll be required to complete a list of online Onboarding Steps in MyHR/Workday (Banner Health’s HR portal) prior to your first day of work.

You will receive three email messages from Banner Identity Management in your personal email box 14 days before your start date:

  • First email – A link to MyHR/Workday with instructions for enrolling in MS Authenticator.
  • Second email – Your Banner Health username.
  • Third email – A temporary password for the Banner Health network.

Once logged in, you will see a Start button on the home page; click there to start the process of completing the onboarding steps.

If you have not received all three messages or if you have trouble logging in, please call the IT Help Desk 602-747-4444.

If you have already filled out a direct deposit form, please provide the information again in the Workday Onboarding process as it is required for all employees.
