The mission of the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix Ophthalmology Residency Program is to foster personal and professional growth of resident physicians while providing comprehensive, high quality, compassionate care to the Arizona community. We are focused on recruiting and retaining diverse, resilient candidates to immerse in an inclusive and collegial interprofessional and interdisciplinary team to achieve excellence locally while preparing for a global impact.
Program Aims
