The program is balanced with required rotations, didactic conferences and electives. Both inpatient and outpatient clinical experiences take place at each of three training sites: Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, Cardon Children’s Medical Center and the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center. As part of our efforts to grow resident experiences in a fast changing medical world, a new rural elective neurology rotation has been created at Yuma Regional Medical Center, where residents will learn and care for patients in a community and small town environment.
This residency fulfills the eligibility requirements of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Each rotation will have goals and objectives available for review prior to the start of the rotation.
