Medical and Mental Health Advance Care Directives

Advanced directives are legal documents that allow us to specify our medical and mental health preferences in case we cannot express them ourselves. These documents also permit us to appoint a representative to speak for us. As we go through these papers, we will discuss ways to manage conversations about caregiving and ensure that the documents are filled out correctly.
