Part-Time Employment Opportunities

Announcements
- The 2024 BAAR season is open through the BAAR platform. All Banner – UMG employed physicians must submit their self-evaluation by January 31. It is required to upload your CV with your 2024 activities.
- The next deadline to submit your clinical promotion dossier to your faculty coordinator is March 1, 2025 (effective date of January 1, 2026).
- Congratulations to the B–UMG faculty who received a peer-nominated faculty award at the recent General Faculty Meeting! Thank you to everyone who nominated a colleague faculty member.
- Jacob Anderson, DO (Family, Community and Preventive Medicine) received the Community Service Award.
- Priya Rajdev, MD (Surgery) received the Inclusive Excellence Award.
- Kristina Balangue, MD (Internal Medicine) received the Excellence in Teaching in Graduate Medical Education Award.
- Jack He, MD (Surgery) received the Early Career Excellence in Research Award.

Recent Promotions
The following Banner – UMG faculty received a faculty title promotion effective January 1, 2025:
- Merima Bucaj, MD, was promoted to associate clinical professor, clinical series, in the Department of Family, Community and Preventive Medicine.
- Christina Bergin, MD, was promoted to clinical professor, clinical series, in the Department of Internal Medicine.
- Jamie Pardini, PhD, was promoted to clinical professor, clinical series, in the Department of Internal Medicine.
- Kartik Boddupalli, DO, was promoted to associate clinical professor, clinical series, in the Department of Internal Medicine.
- Kristina Balangue, MD, was promoted to associate clinical professor, clinical series, in the Department of Internal Medicine.
