• Epi(c)-transcriptional Regulation of Cardiometabolic Disease

Objectives

1. To define key epitranscriptional mechanisms that regulate gene expression in cardiometabolic disease.
2. To highlight emerging evidence linking dysregulated epi(c)-transcriptional programs to the pathogenesis of cardiometabolic disorders.
3. To discuss therapeutic and translational opportunities, including how targeting epi(c)-transcriptional regulators may enable novel diagnostics and interventions for cardiometabolic disease.
