The Division of Endocrinology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix provides state-of-the-art care to adults with a wide range of endocrine conditions, working collaboratively with other divisions and departments.
At Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, our physicians provide expert inpatient endocrine care for patients with complex medical conditions, including cystic fibrosis, post–organ transplant, post-pancreatectomy, post–bariatric surgery, post-thyroid/parathyroid surgery and post–pituitary surgery. In 2025, our providers managed more than 350 patients using insulin pumps, working closely with our dietitian and clinical pharmacist.
Christian Nasr, MD, and Aleksandra Schriber, MD, provide Endocrine Oncology care at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix and Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center. They collaborate closely with colleagues in Endocrine Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery, Medical Oncology, Pathology, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology. Dr. Nasr is also a national expert in the management of thyroid eye disease.
Panadeekarn “Natty” Panjawatanan, MD, coordinates care with hepatology colleagues on the management of patients with fatty liver disease. Grishma Sheth, MD, serves as the division’s women’s health specialist, treating women with endocrine disorders including amenorrhea, osteoporosis, thyroid and pituitary conditions.
