Election Anxiety is a Real Thing, so Here's How to Cope

With Arizona set to be one of the most contested states this election year, the lead up will cause anxiety for many. Election anxiety is a real thing and new research has shown it ramps up heading up to election day.

The Show spoke with Ayman Fanous, MD, chair of the Department of Psychiatry at University of Arizona's College of Medicine – Phoenix, about how people can cope with the ill effects the anxiety may cause.
