The YMCA of Delaware is introducing an innovative new program — BrainSavers — designed to support healthy aging through a holistic approach that integrates both physical and cognitive wellness.
Paul Bendheim, MD, a clinical professor of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, founded BrainSavers to combat cognitive decline and promote brain health. With expertise in degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimer’s, Dr. Bendheim advocates for lifestyle changes as a key strategy in prevention, an approach that has had a lasting impact on the field of brain health.

Founded in 2007, the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix inspires and trains exemplary physicians, scientists and leaders to optimize health and health care in Arizona and beyond.
