All candidates are required to be board-eligible in orthopedic surgery and must have or be able to obtain an Arizona medical license and/or postgraduate training permit by August 1st of the fellowship year.
Research productivity, USMLE scores, recommendation letters, professional goals, and interpersonal skills are considered greatly in the admission decision.
The program participates in the San Francisco (SF) Match Services and follows the SF Match application process. Application deadline for the 2025-2026 academic year is November 30, 2023.
