Selection Criteria

Regardless of sex, creed, orientation, background or ethnicity, we aim to select people who have a demonstrated self-starter attitude with the drive to be the vanguards of clinical interventional radiology.

How to Apply

Our interventional Radiology Residency Program was approved by the ACGME. Our program started in July 2023 when we welcomed our first two residents. The Radiology Department is led by Dr. Frank Rybicki. Dr. Ankit Shah is the program director. He is supported by Dr. Cole Mendenhall and Dr. Khaled Malkawi, as the assistant program directors.

To apply for a PGY2/Rad-1 position, submit an application via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Visit our residency webpages to learn more about our program.

The University also participates in the Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO) for medical students. If you are interested in learning more, please visit their website for the application and additional information.
