Clinical Experience

Includes rotation descriptions, electives and procedural volume, as applicable.

  • Radiologists at work in the clinical spaceBusy level 1 trauma center.
  • Quaternary care center at primary site with top referrals in all of Arizona and neighboring states.
  • Certified in stroke thrombectomy and some other advanced neuro-interventional radiology interventions, such as spinal augmentation and nose-bleed embolization
  • Advanced pulmonary embolism, venous intervention and hepatobiliary interventions 
  • Electives in neuro ICU and liver transplant for supplementation of clinical experience
  • High volume of oncology interventions 
    • Perform more than 200 liver oncology cases per year at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix and the Phoenix VA Medical Center.
