It is the responsibility of the event planner to submit proper requests for all A/V services. In order to ensure appropriate scheduling of resources, all requests for A/V assistance must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date of the event, unless otherwise noted.
Normal A/V support hours are from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Request for services before or after these hours will be assessed overtime fees. It is important for you to identify the exact beginning and ending times of your event and provide an agenda. Media Productions/Instructional Support will be scheduled to arrive 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your event for set up and sound check purposes, which has been determined to be adequate for most events.
