The Phoenix Convention Center & Venues, where the White Coat Event will be held, is fully accessible and compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The venue offers accessible parking and entrances, wheelchair ramps, multiple elevators, automatic doors, and accessible restroom facilities. Power Assisted Doors
Power assisted doors are located at the front of the West, North and South buildings off of 2nd and 3rd streets. Passenger elevators are located throughout the convention center campus. If accessibility is required for a modified wheelchair or other assisted mobile devices please contact the convention center to discuss special accommodations prior to your arrival date.
Service Animals Welcome!
Only service animals, as stipulated by the Department of Justice, Americans with Disabilities Act (Dogs and Miniature Horses), are authorized within our facilities. Service animals must be on a leash or harness, under the control of the handler and must be housebroken. Handlers are responsible for the behavior and cleanliness of their service animal. To comply with the Health Department regulations, pets are not permitted in the Phoenix Convention Center & Venues.
ADA Braille Text
Meeting rooms, restrooms and elevator signs contain Braille text and raised characters and pictograms for our guests with vision loss.
ADA Assistance Gathering Locations
During emergency evacuations, guests with disabilities should go to the closest ADA Assistance Gathering Locations where they will be met by security staff who can escort them from the building. The Gathering Assistance Areas have a sign marking their location on each level of the Phoenix Convention Center. If assistance is needed, please go to the nearest Information Desk or uniformed staff member for help.

By entering the premises, you consent to such media recording and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising and inclusion on websites.
