The White Coat Ceremony is a cherished rite of passage celebrated at medical schools nationwide. This event symbolizes the beginning of a lifelong journey in medicine, as new students don their first white coats, marking their commitment to compassionate care and excellence in their chosen profession.

During the ceremony, students are welcomed by faculty and community members and recite a class oath together, pledging to uphold the core values of the medical field. Embracing collaboration, integrity, and a dedication to service, they embark on their path to becoming physicians.

Each medical student receives a personalized white coat. This year, the coats have generously been sponsored by the college's primary clinical partner, Banner Health.

Class of 2030 White Coat Ceremony

Save the Date: The Class of 2030 White Coat Ceremony will be held on Friday, July 17, in the North Ballroom of the Phoenix Convention Center — 100 N. 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004. Faculty and staff who cannot attend can watch the replay of the event on the college’s YouTube channel.
