Intern Welcome Party – At the beginning of each academic year, we welcome our new interns with a joyful celebration that is typically well attended by faculty, residents and family.
Dr. Jennifer Preston Awarding the Resident Teacher of the Year at GraduationRetreat – Each year in April, the chief residents plan a resident retreat. All residents are excused from clinical duties to attend.
Graduation – At the conclusion of each academic year, we put together a grand event to celebrate the accomplishment of completing residency. Our graduation event is attended by residents, faculty and alumni. Each graduating chief gets their own dedicated table to fill with their loved ones. The night is filled with awards, recognition and individual presentations of our chiefs by a faculty of their choosing.
