When you focus on premium fuel, high quality foods with much needed vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants you function better. No wonder this affects our mood. In the last few years researchers have begun focusing on the gut/brain connection. We will cover the types of foods and physical activity that help create a better mood, fight depression, and just make us feel better.
