Zhiyu Dai, PhD

Zhiyu Dai, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. His research focuses on cardiovascular disease, specifically pulmonary hypertension.

There is currently no cure for pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Dai hopes his research is able to discover the mechanisms of the damage caused by it, so they can then develop targeted therapies to help their patients.
