Why University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix: Dr. Castro convinced me. He wanted to get to know me and didn't just ask "gotcha" questions or see how much medicine I know. Found out he knew some friends of mine and they had only great things to say. The open house solidified my decision. The residents seemed happy and talked so highly about the PDs, attendings, administration, and even the nurses. I felt I would be in the best environment for me to learn and grow into the physician I want to become.
