I felt the supportive training environment from attendings and fellows during interview. The city location was attractive to me for a variety of activities... and "Phoenix/Feng" is in my name.
Hobbies and Personal Interests: spending time with my family, hiking, boba hoping, detective and time traveling movies, jigsaw puzzles, feast!

Career Interests: I am interested in pursuing a career in Interventional Pulmonology/ Advanced bronchoscopy, with a focus on advanced procedural skills, complex pulmonary disease, and improving patient-centered outcomes. I am also passionate about End-of-Life Care in the ICU and hope to contribute to compassionate, thoughtful decision-making for patients and their families during some of the most challenging moments of critical illness.

Being close to California and other beautiful destinations was an added bonus. I value the program’s emphasis on teaching, research, and compassionate patient care, which aligns closely with my goal of becoming an academic physician and educator.
