Faculty Teaching 1: Faculty Evaluation
Faculty feedback is reviewed, distributed, and discussed annually by the PD (level 1)

- Create an award to recognize trainees and faculty who meet/exceed the program’s expectations for timely feedback
- PD sends a personal email to faculty to complete evals if they are more than one month late. The email reminds them of the 2-week standard
- Report of evaluation timeliness included in annual faculty feedback or other regular communication

Faculty Teaching 2: Faculty Development in Teaching
The program distributes faculty development opportunities

- Distribute quarterly emails with faculty development opportunities locally and nationally
- PD email to faculty includes a faculty development tip of the month and how it applies to their program

The program develops and shares faculty development content during program/department meetings

- Integrate one snippet in each program meeting
- Select a speaker for key topics. Experts are all around the College!
- Send a link for a 10-15 minute snippet and ask faculty to watch/listen in advance of a meeting and add a discussion of it in the agenda of a faculty meeting
