Considered to be the mantle of the medical profession, the white coat is a symbol of dedication and commitment to becoming a compassionate and competent physician. 2024 represents the 18th incoming class from the College of Medicine – Phoenix to receive their white coats and begin their medical education in the heart of downtown Phoenix. This meaningful ceremony marks the transition of incoming students to their training as physicians.
Each medical student will receive a personalized white coat from the generosity of contributors to the White Coat Campaign. We thank the members of the College of Medicine – Phoenix faculty and staff, community, and longtime friends of the University of Arizona for their support and contributions to this important tradition.
