The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix Vascular Neurology Fellowship Training Program has two fellowship positions each year. We will begin accepting applications around February of each year to coincide with the NRMP Match.
All applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). To apply to our fellowship program, please also submit all documents through ERAS.
When applying to the Vascular Neurology Fellowship, you will need to use the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) Code below. Please review your entries carefully to ensure that you have listed the correct training program:

Selection Criteria
To be eligible for the Vascular Neurology Fellowship Program, the applicant must:
- Have successfully completed an accredited residency program in neurology in the United States or Canada
- Be a United States citizen, permanent resident (green card holder), or have a J-1 visa sponsored through ECFMG
- Complete and pass all United States Medical Licensing Examination and/or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensure Examination testing by fellowship start date.
