Our fellowship offers a comprehensive and structured didactic curriculum designed to support advanced training in vascular neurology. Core educational activities include:
- Fellow‑led weekly neuro‑interventional case conference, attended by all stroke faculty, neurointensivists, and neuro‑interventionalists
- Fellow‑led bi‑monthly journal clubs
- Weekly neurosonology lecture. By the end of fellowship, fellows will have all the requirements to take the neurosonology exam
- Weekly stroke lecture delivered by a stroke specialist from across the country
- Bi‑weekly research lecture, held jointly with the Department of Neurology, Department of Neurosurgery, MD Anderson Neuro‑Oncology, and the Department of Translational Medicine
- Monthly Neurology Grand Rounds
- Quarterly Stroke Morbidity and Mortality (M&M) Conference.
