By bridging private practice and community excellence with academic innovation to deliver and advance patient-centered, evidence-based care, and in partnership with Banner Health, we will: 

1. Educate students, residents, SRNAs, and fellows while delivering state-of-the-art anesthesia services in perioperative care, pain management, and critical care.
2. Be recognized for our contributions to the specialty of anesthesiology through education, research and scholarly activities.
3. Contribute to the success of the College of Medicine – Phoenix and Banner Health.
