![]() Andrew Alix, MD |
Undergraduate: University of California San Diego Medical School: University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson Why Arizona and U of A College of Medicine – Phoenix: I fell in love with Arizona during medical school and decided to stay due to the warm weather, wealth of outdoor activities and close proximity to loved ones. Phoenix has plenty to offer in terms of food, music, sports and entertainment that makes it an exciting city to live. After rotating at the College of Medicine – Phoenix, I was impressed by the supportive, family feel of the program and the kindness of the residents and staff. The program is also very strong in both outpatient and consult psychiatry, which are two of my career interests. |
