Exposure to COVID-19 while on Clinical Rotations

If there is an inadvertent exposure while on a clinical rotation such as CCE or Capstones, students must follow the Student Occupational Exposure instructions (aka Blue card). If you do not have a Blue Card, please reach out to Tacha Lyons, Credentialing coordinator.

For COVID-19 exposure, students should discuss the exposure with their attending physician/supervisor, and follow recommendations for testing and quarantine. Within five days of exposure, you will need to complete the UA risk Management Form UA risk Management Form and follow up with Campus Health.
