To apply for either a Primary Care Loan or a Loan for a Disadvantaged Student, a student must:
- File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the current academic year and list the University of Arizona to receive the information.
- The University of Arizona school code is 001083.
- Provide consent and approval to retrieve and disclose Federal tax information. If you decline consent and approval, the student will not be eligible for federal student aid. All participants must provide consent and approval even if they didn't file a U.S. Federal tax return or any tax return at all.
