The vision for our Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program is centered around the following tenets:

- Clinical excellence and patient-centered care: The residency program will stand as a beacon of excellence in our field. We strive to provide the best clinical training experience in an environment that prioritizes patient-centered care with compassion and empathy.
- Research and innovation: Research will be a cornerstone of our program. In a rapidly evolving field as medicine, a solid foundation in research principles makes clinicians who can discern, innovate, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge treatments, ultimately improving patient care and advancing the frontiers of medical science.
- Well-being: We recognize the demands of a residency program and are committed to ensure that our residents have a healthy work-life balance, minimizing burnout and promote well-being.
This vision is not just mine; it's ours. Together with our faculty, we are committed to create a residency program that is the pride of our institution and the communities we serve. I look forward to the journey ahead and to witnessing the growth and achievements of all our residents.
