The University Of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix Neurology Residency is a four-year categorical program based at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix. Our program is designed to provide superior training in an institute-driven academic medical center.
We will prepare physicians to function as effective neurologists, who can recognize and manage patients with neurologic problems and who can provide expert advice to other medical consultants on neurologic matters. Our aim is to integrate principles of humanism, public health and an understanding of the role that neurologic diseases and their management play in an effective health care system into the development of well-rounded clinicians. We actively promote a culture of intellectual curiosity, as well as an understanding of the role that clinical research and scholarship plays in the development of our practice.
