Seminar Title

  • Multiplexed Ultrasound Imaging of Gene Expression

Objectives

  1. Identify the advantages of ultrasound over other biomedical imaging modalities, especially in reference to fluorescence microscopy.
  2. Describe the mechanism of contrast of Acoustic Reporter Genes (ARGs) on ultrasound.
  3. Explain the framework for multiplexed ultrasound imaging of gene expression, and provide examples of its translational applications.
