- Multiplexed Ultrasound Imaging of Gene Expression
Objectives
- Identify the advantages of ultrasound over other biomedical imaging modalities, especially in reference to fluorescence microscopy.
- Describe the mechanism of contrast of Acoustic Reporter Genes (ARGs) on ultrasound.
- Explain the framework for multiplexed ultrasound imaging of gene expression, and provide examples of its translational applications.
