Supporting Employee Well-being: What Can You Do As A Manager

Tuesday, September 17, 2024 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Organizations are investing in benefits to improve employee well-being and are launching initiatives to foster a culture of well-being in the workplace. However, despite these efforts, many employees still feel that their job is hindering their well-being rather than helping it. As a manager, what can you do to change this perception? This session will discuss practical ways to demonstrate to employees that you and your organization support their well-being.

During this training, you will learn how to:

  • Promote employee well-being as a manager
  • Advocate for the well-being resources that are available to your employees
  • Have productive conversations with employees to address their concerns about how work might be negatively impacting their well-being
  • Lead by example and demonstrate that you prioritize your own well-being, setting a positive example for your team.
